You've built a body of knowledge. What will you create with it?

A body of knowledge worth publishing rarely lives in one place. It's spread across books, essays, podcasts, videos, newsletters, threads, lectures, and internal docs — often more than any single person can hold in their head at once.

Unfurled is a small New Zealand company built by a 35-year veteran of software architecture. We make published works and living reference platforms from large bodies of source material. Our platform, Lore, processes and connects the full archive — then we handle the structuring and production.

Current Projects

Expert Reference Work Beta

An expert with 150+ essays, several books, and years of recorded teaching and discussion. Lore processed the entire archive into a 900-page reference work — and a living platform the expert and their team now use daily.

The Arthurian Canon In development

The Arthurian tradition spans centuries of overlapping, contradictory tellings — Geoffrey of Monmouth, Chrétien de Troyes, the Vulgate Cycle, Malory, the Mabinogion, and dozens more. Lore is processing all of them, connecting every character, event, and plot element across the full literary tradition. A research tool for scholars and a worldbuilding resource for fantasy writers.

UAP/UFO Disclosure Analysis In development

450+ sources. Congressional testimony, FOIA documents, journalism, firsthand accounts. All processed, cross-referenced, and mapped — who said what, when, and where independent accounts converge.

We're looking for partners with substantial bodies of work.

Work With Us

Here's how it works.

We process your entire body of source material and connect it into a knowledge platform we call Lore: a structured, queryable archive you can build on.

From there, we produce the output together — a book, a reference guide, a course, an internal knowledge base.

Lore keeps growing with you. New content feeds back in, and we can produce new outputs from the same evolving archive.
